Local Area:
Nearest village is Faulkland (half mile walk) with great pub and lavender farm tea shop. Local farm shop 5 minutes away for papers/ all supplies. City of Bath is 15 minute drive.

The Lounge
Stable Cottage has a cosy lounge with a cottage-style three piece suite, befitting a traditional barn conversion such as this. The south facing window overlooks the terrace and fields beyond, allowing you to make the most of the beautiful countryside views. The cottage is fitted with pink wool carpet throughout, aside from the kitchen which is tiled. The original beams in the sitting room follow through to the kitchen which all add to the rustic charm of the cottage.

Holiday Rentals Bath

The Kitchen
Much like Dairy Cottage, the kitchen is separated from the lounge by a half height dividing wall, creating a pleasant open plan feel to the property. The kitchen has all necessary appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, fridge, freezer and electric oven. The units are hand made from stripped antique pine and perfectly complement the large kitchen table with Port-meirion dinner service. The stable door, with a stained glass top half, opens up to lovely views of the surrounding fields.

The Bedrooms
Stable Cottage has one double ensuite bedroom and one super king ensuite. The super king bedroom has space for a cot if required. Alternatively the super kingsize bed can be made into twin beds where necessary (or three singles with the inclusion of an additional bed). As with all three properties at Lime Kiln Farm, there are high ceilings and exposed beams and stone work. The room has two windows one facing North and the other West. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, dressing tables, colour televisions with DVD players, radio alarms and hairdryers. One of the ensuite bathrooms has a bath, whereas the other has a large shower. There are hand basins and toilets in both, along with non slip tiles for your safety.

Additional Info
There is a lovely terrace in front of the cottage with seating and countryside views, alongside a shared lawn. A barbeque is available on request. As with all our properties, Stable Cottage is pet friendly. If you plan to bring a dog with you please call for more details. The cottage has free WIFI access.
