The sitting room is very cosy and comfortable, with a cottage-style three piece suite and a south facing window viewing the country scene. The same pale pink wool carpet is throughout the cottage - except for the kitchen which has tiles. The original beams in the sitting room follow through to the kitchen which all add to the rustic charm of the cottage.

Two steps lead up from the sitting room into the main bedroom. Exposed beams and stone work, and high ceiling. This bedroom has a Super King size bed or it can be made into twin beds as zip and link bed. It is a large enough room that an extra single bed and cot can be added if required. The room has two windows one facing North and the other West. Ensuite which has 800 x 1400 shower with sliding glass doors.

The 2nd double bedroom, leading off from the sitting room, is south facing with high ceiling and exposed beams and stone work. Two windows one high North/West facing - the other South facing so you can take in the panoramic views. Ensuite bathroom has bath & attached showers to the bath taps.

The south facing kitchen has hand units made from stripped antique pine. and a large kitchen table with Port-meirion dinner service. The stable door, with a stained glass top half, opens up to lovely views of the countryside where you can watch the Swallows building their nests or feeding their young. Susie, Honey and Crunchie are sure to be not far away patiently waiting for some attention.

The large lawned area is perfect of the children to play football or run round on with their newly made four legged friends. The BBQ and the patio furniture is ideal way to spend an evening meal together. If you don't like the dogs around then we or you can tell them to go to bed and they are quite happy to stay in their own quarters!
