Faulkland's nearby Lavender Farm is moments away from the farm and is open to visitors throughout the summer months. The lavender farm offers an insight into the growth and harvest of lavender for its essential oils, and provides visitors the chance to experience the sights and scents of the fields in full bloom. The Blacklands Roman Villa Dig
Currently in progress at Upper Row Farm at Laverton, about a mile from Lime Kiln Farm, this roman villa dig has a small finds museum and a roman flower garden for visitors to enjoy. Farm Shops
There are a number of award winning local farm shops nearby, including Farleigh Farm Shop, only 5 minutes drive away which offers good local produce, everyday essentials and newspapers.  It has a cafe offering wonderful breakfasts and lunches.   Also White Row, Beckington has a huge range of produce including a fresh fish counter with fish and chip shop and a good restaurant. Sports & Activities
For those looking for a more active way to pass the time the area lends itself to hiking, with an abundance of walking trails allowing you to make the most of your beautiful surroundings. There are also a number of golf courses in the local area, in addition to the excellent Divoky Riding School which offers good hacking.
